I am a graduate student at Robotic Institute, School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University under the supervision of Prof. Srinivasa Narasimhan working in ILIM lab (part of larger Imaging Group at CMU). I was awarded Amazon Go PHD Fellowship and 2021 Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship. I am recipient of 2021 IEEE IV Best paper award. If you cannot find me constantly looking at monitor in my office, I most probably am at the closest badminton court. If you are interesed in my projects or want to collaborate do reach out to me. My research theme lies in combining machine learning with 3D Computer Vision for improved perception of robots. Since we live in a dynamic world with constant motion and sensing such change will play a major role for robots to coexit with humans. While trying to achieve this goal, I was fortunate to have collaborated with Laurent Guigues, Leonid Pischulini at Amazon Go, Minh Vo at Facebook Reality Labs, Dr.Andreas Gieger at Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Sytems-Tubingen and Prof.K Madhava Krishna at IIIT-Hyderabad. Before joining the paper obsessed research community, I was a carefree undergraduate at BITS-Pilani working on medical robots under the guidance of Prof. Suman Kapur.
